Randy Wagoner

Vice President of Administration

As Vice President of Administration, Randy Wagoner is responsible for the company’s finance operations, including accounting, client finance and country controllership. He also serves on the management team.

Wagoner joined Preferred Sourcing in 2001 as Controller. From 2003 to 2005, he was Vice President of Finance with primary responsibility for the financial functions supporting the company's business units.

Prior to joining Preferred Sourcing, Wagoner worked for the largest US manufacturer of industrial bakery equipment, as a Senior Vice President of Administration. In his role, he was responsible for all accounting, purchasing and controlling activities of the company.

Wagoner holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from the Anderson University.
