Paula Davis

Human Resources Director

Paula Davis serves as the Human Resources Director with overall responsibility for strategically aligning the company’s HR practices and operations with Quality Processes and capability development of Preferred Sourcing associates.

Following a lengthy career in management and training for national retailer Service Merchandise, Davis worked as a Staffing Manager and Director for a staffing division of Robert Half International. In 2002, she became the Human Resources Director for IHM Facility Services, a nationally recognized Minority Certified Supplier of housekeeping and maintenance services for large manufacturers.

Davis joined Preferred Sourcing in 2006. She is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Law from Anderson University.
