Don Dufinetz

Senior Vice President of Operations

As Senior Vice President, Don Dufinetz leads and manages the financial and operational functions of all business units and partners with the CEO formulating and executing strategic initiatives for long term growth. He is instrumental in developing and implementing  marketing strategies, and ensuring operational excellence company wide.

Prior to assuming his current role, Dufinetz served under various titles in operations and financial management where he led the implementation of the company’s information technology and administrative systems.

Under his direction, the company introduced the key operating indicators to measure the level of performance of the business units based on the company’s objectives. Currently, he is leading several strategic initiatives including integrating engineering services into the individual business units and establishing a system that enables consistent compliance to the company’s ISO 9002 quality system.

Dufinetz joined Preferred Sourcing in 1998. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
